Our core philosophy has always been to deliver projects which: 1. Deliver a scheme that has a wider community benefit, 2. Bring something different and turn marginal schemes into great ones 3. Deliver on our promises.
1. We engage with the local community at all levels ensuring that they have voice and that it is respected. We will work with communities to ensure that genuine regeneration is delivered and that the development is a sustainable and most importantly a commercial success for all involved.
2. We spend a considerable amount of time challenging ourselves during the feasibility stage of any new project. For us it is key that we know we can achieve our aspirations before we embark on the journey. If we can’t then we will say so – reputation and trust is everything to us.
3. We work with a small but trusted team of consultants, end users and local authorities who on the journey inevitably become friends.
